About Williamson Lubricants

Why I started this

I started Williamson Lubricants because I wanted to help drivers, equipment owners and local businesses find dependable lubrication products without the confusion or pressure of a traditional parts counter. I chose AMSOIL because of its strong reputation for quality, extensive product selection and convenient factory-direct ordering that lets customers receive what they need without me carrying inventory.

What I do

• Help you work out what your engine, gearbox, hydraulic system or small engine actually needs — including when the answer is that what you are already running is fine.
• Point you at AMSOIL's own lookup tools so fitment comes from their data rather than from my memory of a spec sheet.
• Explain the difference between the account programs and help you pick one, if you are buying for a business.
• Stay reachable afterwards. New equipment, a drain interval you want to set on oil analysis instead of habit, a spec that changed — that is worth a phone call.

What I do not do

• I do not carry inventory. AMSOIL ships factory-direct from their own distribution centres, which is exactly why a one-person operation can serve a fleet without a warehouse.
• I do not take your payment. You order on AMSOIL's site and pay AMSOIL. I never see a card number, and this site has no cart, no checkout and no payment form of any kind.
• I do not publish AMSOIL's prices. Independent AMSOIL Dealers are not permitted to, and a stale price on a Dealer site would be worse than none.
• I do not handle shipping, returns or warranty claims. Those are AMSOIL's, and they are better at them than I would be.

Why AMSOIL

Two practical reasons rather than a slogan. First, the range: they make a specific product for most of what people actually own, down to scooters and chainsaws, which means I am rarely stuck recommending something approximate. Second, factory-direct ordering: you get what you need shipped to you without me guessing at demand and stocking a shelf, and without that cost ending up in the price.

The performance claims are AMSOIL's own and they publish the test data behind them. I would rather point you at that than repeat it second-hand.
